Information we may collect from you

Where we store your personal data

Consent: consent forms will store the user's agreement to processing their personal data
Contract: to fulfil our agreements, including but not limited to making holiday bookings, with customers, partners and suppliers, we need to disclose personal data
Legitimate interest: subject to overriding privacy interests of the subject, if there is a shared interest between the subject and roamad we may use personal data in our sales and marketing
Retention
We may retain your personal data for a reasonable period of time after your last contact with us. This is to enable us to provide our booking service, to resolve problems that may arise in connection with our services, including disputes and litigation, to answer your questions. Data is securely deleted when no longer needed.
We may use the information held about you in the following ways:

(b) For incorporation in files of existing personal data of roamad and to the treatment of such for the purpose of management, administrations, mediation and contracting of the services offered by roamad;
(c) For the management of bookings, incidences, statistics, commercial publicity and other promotions by means of electronic mail, SMS, MMS or any other similar means, and the subscription to news bulletins;
(d) To ensure that the content of our site is presented in the most effective manner for you and your computer;
(e) To allow you to participate in interactive features of our service, should you choose to do so;
(f) In allowing ourselves to carry out any obligations concerning any contracts entered into between you and us;
(g) Process your online job application;
(h) To assist us with crime and fraud prevention such as identity checking;

(f) To the prospective buyer or seller of any business or assets in the event that we sell or buy;
