Information we may collect from you

This includes information provided at the time of booking, registering to use our site, applying for a job, posting material, requesting further services or subscribing to any service offered by us on the site. We may also request further information should you report a problem with our site;

(c) Details of the resources you access and of your visits to our site;

(d) Details of transactions you may carry out through our site and of the completion of your orders.

We may collect information about your computer; this is statistical data concerning your browsing actions enabling us to tailor the site to match your interests and preferences, and does not identify you individually. Where we store your personal data

Any data that we collect from you may be stored at, and transferred to, a destination outside the European Economic Area (EEA). roamad regards the databases of site visitors’ information (which may include your Personal Information) as a valuable asset. Should roamad sell or transfer any of roamad's business assets this may include the sale or transfer of such databases of information to third parties. Such a transfer or sale may mean that your Personal Information is transferred to countries outside the EEA. Contract: to fulfil our agreements, including but not limited to making holiday bookings, with customers, partners and suppliers, we need to disclose personal data

We may retain your personal data for a reasonable period of time after your last contact with us. This is to enable us to provide our booking service, to resolve problems that may arise in connection with our services, including disputes and litigation, to answer your questions. Data is securely deleted when no longer needed.

We may use the information held about you in the following ways:

(a) To notify you of any changes to our service;

(b) For incorporation in files of existing personal data of roamad and to the treatment of such for the purpose of management, administrations, mediation and contracting of the services offered by roamad;

(c) For the management of bookings, incidences, statistics, commercial publicity and other promotions by means of electronic mail, SMS, MMS or any other similar means, and the subscription to news bulletins;

(d) To ensure that the content of our site is presented in the most effective manner for you and your computer;

(e) To allow you to participate in interactive features of our service, should you choose to do so;

(f) In allowing ourselves to carry out any obligations concerning any contracts entered into between you and us;

(g) Process your online job application;

(h) To assist us with crime and fraud prevention such as identity checking;

(i) Where you have consented to be contacted, to provide you with the information, products and services requested from us or in the event that we feel will be of interest to you. (a) To relevant suppliers of your travel arrangements that are campsite providers or affiliates;

(b) To organisations contracted by roamad to manage aspects of the Website;

(c) To security, credit checking or fraud prevention agencies;

(d) To any relevant public authorities or law enforcement agencies;

(e) To agencies to check candidates for jobs;

(f) To the prospective buyer or seller of any business or assets in the event that we sell or buy;

(g) If we are under a duty to comply with any legal obligation to disclose or share your personal data, to protect the rights, property and safety of our customers or others, or to enforce our terms of use for the site.  For the purposes of fraud protection and credit risk reduction this may include exchanging information with other companies and organisations.
